Last year ( I made a video showing you how to play COD MW3 online using the steam dedicated server tools. Funny part is I still get questions about this game working in 2017, so here is another refresher course on this topic.
Troubleshooting step: Antivirus should be disabled temporarily while completing instructions, even before playing game.
Port forward these ports if issues playing online: (TCP/UDP): 27014-27019, 8766
