In this video we discuss the recent info on the bungie blog regarding Destiny 2’s apparent lack of dedicated servers. The Engineering lead posted detailing how Destiny 2’s netcode will actually function as a hybrid system. With the info that Bungie servers will be the host for every activity in Destiny 2, does that soften the blow of not getting a full fledged client/server architecture?
