What’s going on guys? This is Karol from Undisputed Marketer and welcome to my Bluehost review. Bluehost is one of the most popular options in the web hosting world due to its affordability high performance and support. So, in this Bluehost review I’m going to break down all the important aspects, including all the features Bluehost is offering or missing, putting to the test their performance as well as their pricing structure and ease of use. Just a quick reminder, you can check the description below for more information on Bluehost, including any special deals, promotions or discounts for you to use. So, without further ado, let’s get going. Bluehost is not a new name in the web hosting world. In fact, they have been here since 2003, which is almost 20 years now. So, they are definitely one of the most well-established companies in the world. Bluehost is mostly popular for the affordable and high-performance shared hosting, however they are offering all sorts of other hosting options including VPS hosting, Dedicated hosting as well as WordPress hosting. Now Bluehost is one of the three web hosting platforms that is directly recommended by WordPress. So, if WordPress is your thing, then Bluehost might be the right choice for you. When it comes to the actual features, we are offered from Bluehost, there are a few that really stand out. first of all it is that Bluehost is using SSD storage drives for all of their plans. They just give naturally higher speed and better performance for your website. Apart from that unlimited bandwidth and storage is included in the plans as well as free SSL certification and Cloudflare’s CDN. Bluehost is also offering a free website builder called Weebly, which is just very easy to navigate in click and drop website builder. We are also offered a free domain for one year from Bluehost, so what I usually suggest people is to take the domain for one year and then transfer it to a domain registrar, as it’s going to be way cheaper for you. If you already have a website and you’re thinking about changing your web hosting provider then Bluehost is offering you a free migration for one of your websites. It’s completely done for your service so you just ask the support to migrate it and they are going to completely do it on your behalf and just send you emails with updates. Apart from that, Bluehost is offering a standard 30-day money-back guarantee, so you have that peace of mind to try it out without any risks. On the other hand, Bluehost is not offering any monthly plans, so the lowest plan you can choose from is one year plan. However, if you’re thinking about creating a website, one year should be the lowest time you want to invest into it. Apart from that, automatic backups are not included in the two lower plans. You will need to buy them separately as an add-on. However, on the other hand you can still ask the support to give you the backup whenever you actually need it. Another thing is that Bluehost has only 1 data center, which is in United States. So, if your traffic or your visitors are coming from the north america, then it might be a great choice for you however, if your traffic is global or coming from other parts of the world, then you could expect slower loading times. One of the crucial parts of any web hosting provider is the actual speed and uptime they are offering you. At the end of the day, you want your website to be always accessible to your customers at the best possible speed. Now with Bluehost there is no official uptime guarantee, however year by year they deliver easily above 99.9% of uptime, which is the industry standard. Therefore, it’s pretty strange for me that they do not put this guarantee as they deliver it easily and it could just help them in more sales. In order to get a relevant speed result, I have created a simple website using the WordPress option inside of Bluehost. Then, I have run a series of speed tests in the GT Metrix. The results you can see over here. The load page time is two seconds…
