*Payment & agreement*
All our agreements are using the law in the Netherlands. We also only allow all content that is allowed in the Netherlands.
Payment options: bank transfer or PayPal (credit cards can be used for payment at PayPal)
Payment term: month, 3-months, 6-months or year
We work on a prepaid base, because off that the first payment has to be done before we deliver the service. If all payments are done you can get your server back within 4 hours (24/7).
After the first 3-months your contract will be changed to a month-to-month contract (unless you want a longer contract, up to 3 years is possible)
Term of notice: 1 month

This offer is 1 month valid. All terms are listed in the agreement you will get after ordering (without signing it you can cancel the order without any costs). The prices we did mention are without VAT. If you are a citizen in the EU without a VAT number or a company with VAT number in the Netherlands you will have to pay 19% VAT, if you are not a company in the Netherlands or a citizen off the EU you will have to pay 0% VAT. We use 230 Volt to calculate the power usage.
