If only one could never leave the world of seemingly endless buffet lines, people that always appear very interested in you and happy hours without a bar tab. Where epiphany is interjected in a presentation only to express "where in the hell is he going with this" in another.

"How is the convention for you" someone asks this M&A guy (often not knowing my M&A status)..."Great show" I retort, "A lot of action, I'm impressed with the turn-out, people are excited this year, gosh isn't San Diego a wonderful city".
